Navigate to "Sales & Reports" and select "Sales & Accounting" from the next page
Scroll down and select "Monthly Sales Reports" from the left menu bar under "Downloads"
Under Digital Distribution Sales, choose the desired month and year and export, and a Digital Distribution Details .txt file will be delivered to you
If you have an artist account and receive
Payment Received reports from CD Baby, use these instead. You can download this monthly
Payment Received report from the
Payment Breakdown dashboard in your account.
Importing into IC:
In IC, navigate to Royalties -> Data Imports
Select the CD Baby importer from the dropdown menu
If accounting for the Payment Received report, select the CD Baby (Payment Received) importer
