Breakdowns
The best way to see a breakdown of income vs expense & how they factor into a recoupable amount for a Ledger, Release, or Payee is via the "Breakdowns" section of a Period.
To get to this page, navigate to Royalties -> Periods and click on the most recent Period. On the top bar, to the right of the Period name, select Breakdowns. Here, you can view accounting breakdowns by Ledger, Release, or Payees by release.
By default, the system displays a breakdown for the selected period when viewing breakdown by Release. If you want to see a lifetime breakdown for each release, check the
Show lifetime values box. The "Lifetime Net" column is a release's income against any expenses. The "Lifetime Balance" is the total balance inclusive of Transfers & Payouts and should give you the total recoupable (or recouped) balance on a release for the lifetime of data within Infinite Catalog.
