For Digital reporting select Digital (Statements), for Physical reporting select Physical
Leave the Set criteria as default, and make sure the Result Grouping is set to "Raw Data"
Press the green + button next to "Raw Data" to apply the Group By: Raw Data filter
If you are retrieving a report for a custom date range (i.e. September 2023 or Q3 2023), you can also set a custom date range under the Timespan table and make sure "Kudos date" is selected before pressing the green + button to add the Timespan filter to your reporting
Click "Click to apply", and a Sales report will be generated for you
Below the analytic dashboards - to the right-hand side of the screen, click Download CSV and a CSV file will be delivered to you
Importing into IC:
In IC, navigate to Royalties -> Data Imports
For Digital reporting, select the Kudos (Digital) importer from the dropdown menu
For Physical reporting, select the Kudos (Physical) importer from the dropdown menu
This importer requires the Timestamp and Paid Timestamp to be entered manually
Kudos data is on a one month paid time lag - so the Paid Timestamp should be set to 1 month after the reported data month (i.e. September 2023 data should have a Paid Timestamp of October 2023). We recommend using a date in the middle of the month, typically the 15th (i.e. October 15, 2023).
