Data is delivered via email in monthly Your Sales Report emails from State51. To retrieve this reporting, simply click the Detailed Report link in the email.
The Detailed Report file that our system ingests can also be retrieved from the Financials page here in the State 51 portal. To do so, make sure you are on the Financial Reports page and click on the monthly Detailed Report under the column shown below:
Importing into IC:
In IC, navigate to Royalties -> Data Imports
Select the State 51 importer from the dropdown menu
This importer requires the Paid Timestamp to be entered manually
For Paid Timestamp, use the month of the report and a date in the middle of the month (we typically use the 15th to ensure the transactions from the reporting fall within the middle of the month).
For example, a May 2024 reporting file (in the format detail_2024_05_19.xlsx) would have a Paid Timestamp of 05/15/2024.
