How to get the data
Log in to Believe Backstage and click 'Financial $' in the left panel, then 'Financial Reports
- selecting the start and end months - if you're doing a single month, this will be the same month.
- Report type = Single Report -> Full Catalog
- Report columns = default
- Click Generate
In the Available Reports section, select 'Download This Report' from the Actions tab.
When to get the data
Believe data is on a two month lag from when it is paid; e.g. if you're looking for income received in February, you'll be downloading December data. For March you'd download January, and so on.
Region-specific Believe reporting
For Believe reporting formatted in a language other than English, please use the respective importer (i.e. Believe (ES) for Español reporting) from the importer drop-down selection list.
Please note: If the decimal values reported in your Believe reporting are in European Formatting - i.e. a decimal comma (,) as decimal separator and the point (.) as thousands separator - European Formatting must be enabled in the importer settings to accommodate this formatting. To do so, navigate to Royalties -> Data Imports -> Importers -> Believe -> Settings and select European Formatting from Other Settings to enable this importer setting.
