AWAL

How to get the data:

  • Log into the AWAL Workstation
  • Navigate to Statements
  • Download the desired monthly CSV report, delivered within a .zip file

Importing into IC:

  • In IC, navigate to Royalties -> Data Imports.
  • Select the AWAL importer from the dropdown menu and choose the CSV file contained within the .zip
  • For AWAL zip files containing multiple CSV reports, each CSV must be imported individually

Legacy Info

Please note: AWAL Legacy importers are set to accommodate data that was downloaded during the corresponding Legacy date ranges. For data that has been recently retrieved, regardless of the reporting date, please use the standard AWAL importer.

AWAL changed its report formatting in November 2022 and October 2023. Any files downloaded prior to November 2022 must use the AWAL Legacy (pre November 2022)  importer and any files downloaded after November 2022 and prior to October 2023 must use the AWAL Legacy (November 2022 - August 2023) importer. To retrieve legacy AWAL reports:

  • Log in to AWAL
  • Roll over "REPORTING" with the cursor and click "Statements"
  • Download the desired CSV report, delivered within a .zip file
